Garbage

Recycling

Recycling

Garbage pickup in the Township of Wellington occurs on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. If one of these Mondays falls on a holiday, the pickup will take place on Tuesday instead. Residents are asked to place their garbage bags at the end of the driveway or by the mailbox for collection.

Garbage bags can be purchased for $2.50 each at Hardware Hank or from the Wellington Town Hall by calling our Patrolman, Matt Zinke, at 608-487-0564.

PLEASE NOTE:

Garbage bags must NOT exceed 40 lbs. Bags weighing over 40 lbs will NOT be picked up; they will need to be divided into two or more bags based on the amount of garbage you have.
